Larry is a founding member of
"The Free Readers Ensemble",
He has performed with many Chicagoland theatre companies
including Eclipse, TimeLine, City Lit, Bailiwick, The Chicago Humanities Festival, Commons, Body Politic and Absolute (where he was a company member for 10 years). He is a two-time Jeff Citation Wing nominee: once for his portrayal of Jim
in "The Assignment" with Absolute and once for his direction of "She Loves Me" with SCT Productions. Favorite roles include
Burton Strauss in "Spinning Into Butter"; Karl Jaspers in the Jeff and After Dark Award winning production of "Hannah &
Martin"; Heinrich Mann in "Tales from Hollywood" and Sherlock Holmes in "Sherlock’s Last Case". Larry has also directed "Who’s
Afraid of Virginia Woolf?"; "Shadow Box"; "Gypsy" and many more for the Oak Park Village Players. He has appeared in
commercials for the Illinois State Lottery, HFC and others.
When not on stage, Larry is a writer for Dailey & Associates, an advertising agency in Chicago.
